About this launch

Dagmor helps call centres and market research teams examine recorded customer calls. Teams can run calls in Dagmor or send recordings they already have. The Call Log keeps each named recording, transcript and audio together. Managers can control their own scripts or have Dagmor draft one from real calls, while human reviewers check and sign off decisions. Reports cover sales and completions, script coverage and order, conduct, trends and agent Hero Scores. Analysis pairs survey answers with the customer's spoken words, including comments between questions. Teams can use reports alone. First campaign terms are shown on the site; later Calls and Analysis are €0.04 per recorded minute.
