Privacy Policy

Optional PageLens maker pilot

If you explicitly request the sample, we send your product URL, app name, account email, maker/listing identifiers and the recorded request permission to PageLens AI. We store the private sample result, delivery status and offer claim to deliver the requested service and measure pilot use and purchases. No ongoing marketing subscription is implied. Only your matching signed-in account and authorised operators can see the report. You can ask us to remove your personal pilot data through our normal privacy contact; minimal claim and purchase records may be retained for reconciliation and abuse prevention. What we collect

  • Account data: email address when you sign in via magic link.
  • App submissions: app name, URL, description, category, tags, creator name, email, and website.
  • Usage data: listing-page views, outbound clicks, source and placement labels, referrer, coarse country, and browser user-agent information used for app reporting and abuse controls. If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics also measures page and interaction activity, session statistics, approximate location, and browser or device information.
  • Account activity: signed-in visits, listing submissions and approval dates, and listing-link copy or share actions support your dashboard and operational activation reports. Recent cohorts are separated from repeat-event totals. This does not create an anonymous visitor identity.
  • Discovery sharing: completed native shares and link copies record the selected feed, category and page. Shared feed links carry a source label so we can measure resulting listing visits. Anonymous actions do not identify unique people.
  • App testing: owners can publish a public testing brief. Tester responses, an optional name, and summaries are private to the current owner who created the test. Responses are stored without an email address; abuse controls use a salted, hashed request identifier. Summary counts and quoted examples are generated from the submitted answers without sending them to an external AI service.
  • Testing pilot outcomes: invited makers receive a private in-app invitation. The pilot team can see whether they publish a test, copy an invitation or link, complete a browser share action, receive responses, mark feedback useful, and record an improvement. A maker's improvement note and its linked response identifier are visible to the pilot team; raw tester answers are not shown in the pilot report.
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

  • To display your app listing in the directory.
  • To send transactional emails (submission confirmations, payment receipts, security alerts).
  • To show analytics on your dashboard and distinguish labelled sponsored activity from other directory traffic.
  • To improve the directory and detect abuse.

Third-party services

  • Supabase: database hosting (EU region).
  • Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Resend: transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel: hosting and edge functions.
  • Google Analytics: optional site analytics that loads only after you choose to allow analytics. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled. Subject to Google's privacy policy.

Cookies

We use an essential session cookie for authentication. A short-lived browser session-storage marker prevents repeat listing views from being counted in the same tab. Listing-view attribution stores the source label, sponsorship state, and time—not an IP address or visitor identifier.

If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics may set first-party measurement cookies such as _ga. Google Analytics does not load before that choice. Your preference is stored in this browser, and switching back to essential-only use removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and denies future analytics storage.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us. App listings can be removed at any time from your dashboard.
