Acceptance

By using VibbleLaunch, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What you can do

• Submit apps you own or have permission to list.
• Purchase featured placements and boosts for your listings.
• Use the directory to discover apps.

What you can't do

• Submit apps you don't own or misrepresent ownership.
• Submit malicious, illegal, or deceptive apps.
• Abuse the platform (spam submissions, fake clicks, scraping).
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures.

Payments and refunds

All payments are one-time charges processed by Stripe. Featured placements and boosts are non-refundable once activated. If there's a technical issue preventing delivery, contact us for a resolution.

Content

You retain ownership of your app listings. By submitting, you grant VibbleLaunch a license to display your app information in the directory, search results, and promotional materials.

Removal

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms. You can remove your own listings at any time from your dashboard.

Liability

VibbleLaunch is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including loss of traffic or revenue.
